We stand behind the quality of every Studio Baloge piece.

Jewelry is delicate by nature and designed to be worn with care. With movement and daily wear, tension can occasionally affect connectors, chains, or clasps.

For this reason, we offer repair support under the following conditions:

Within 30 days of delivery
If your piece experiences structural damage during normal wear, we will repair it at no cost and provide a return shipping label.

From 30 days to 6 months
We will gladly repair structural issues whenever possible. Repairs are complimentary; return shipping to the studio is the responsibility of the customer.

After 6 months
We continue to offer repair service whenever feasible for a $30 service fee plus shipping. The fee covers inspection, labor, and replacement of small components when needed.

Please note:
Damage caused by excessive force, pulling, impact, improper storage, or alterations is not considered a structural issue. Cosmetic wear — including scratches, plating wear, or discoloration from water, perfumes, or chemicals — is considered natural aging.
