Refund policy

Returns & Store Credit

Due to the handcrafted nature and limited availability of our pieces, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to offer store credit or a replacement, subject to review.

To be eligible for store credit:
Please email sales@studiobaloge.com within 3 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage (including packaging).

Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging.

StudioBaloge is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
  • Delayed shipments due to carrier issues
  • Return packages lost in transit

Once approved, a store credit code will be issued via email, valid toward any future purchase.
