Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise noted. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide using carrier-calculated rates from DHL and USPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will appear at checkout based on your location and selected method.
International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
Customs & Duties:
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or VAT charges upon delivery. These fees vary by country and are not controlled by StudioBaloge.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, all orders receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
Lost or Stolen Packages
StudioBaloge is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If your package appears lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist in filing a claim where possible.
